Get a dose of fall first thing in the morning with this pumpkin (and pumpkin-spiced) breakfast smoothie. It’s also a protein powerhouse—the perfect way to start your day.
- 1 cup Nature's Promise® Organic Greek Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
- ½ cup Nature's Promise® Organic 100% Pure Pumpkin
- ¼ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 banana
- ¾ cup ice
- ¾ cup low-fat milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus more to garnish, if desired
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and purée until very smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with a pinch of pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
Freeze the banana ahead of time for a thicker, colder smoothie.
