Highlight the best of summer fruit with this simple salad made with cantaloupe, peaches, prosciutto, and balsamic glaze.
Ingredients
- ½ honeydew
- 2 peaches
- 1 (3 oz) pkg prosciutto
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
Steps
- Cut peel off the honeydew and cut into wedges. Halve and pit the peaches. Arrange the fruit on a plate. Top with prosciutto and finish with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
Tips
Serve with sliced ciabatta bread.
