Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter (½ stick)
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 5 cup crispy rice cereal
- Smore Topping
- 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 graham crackers, crushed into small pieces
Steps
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter and add the marshmallows. Continuously stir until the marshmallows are melted and smooth. Add the rice cereal and mix well.
- Press mixture into a 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over top followed by the marshmallows.
- Set oven rack to highest position and set oven to high broil. Set the pan underneath the broiler for 20-30 seconds watching carefully for the marshmallows to lightly brown. Remove once marshmallows are toasty.
- Sprinkle the crushed graham crackers over the warm marshmallows and chocolate. Refrigerate for 10 minutes before cutting.
