The triple threat of dried cranberries, frozen cranberries, and cranberry juice makes for a sauce no one can resist.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs fresh or frozen cranberries
- 2 cups dried cranberries
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
Steps
- In a large saucepot, combine all the ingredients and heat to a boil on high, stirring often. Reduce to a simmer and cook 20 min., until cranberries have burst.
- Let cool, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
