Minced garlic brings a little pep into a sturdy side like kale. To turn into a meal, toss kale with pasta and herbed goat cheese or use as the base for a frittata.
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 (12 oz) pkgs Nature's Promise Organic kale
- Heat the oil in a large pot on medium-high. Add garlic and cook 1 min.
- In batches, stir in kale and cook 15 min., until all the kale is entirely wilted.
