Toss with your favorite sauce to serve right away, or keep in the fridge for a day or two until needed.
- 3 (9 oz) pkgs fresh linguine
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil on high.
- Cook linguine until al dente, about 2 min. Drain in colander and rinse with cold water. Toss pasta with olive oil.
