Your kids will forget all about regular fries when digging into this version made with sweet parsnips.
- 2 ½ lbs parsnips
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp rosemary leaves
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ cup Nature's Promise Organic Caesar with Greek Yogurt
- 2 tsp Tabasco hot sauce
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Peel the parsnips and cut into 2-inch-long sticks.
- In a large bowl, toss parsnips with the oil, rosemary leaves, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Arrange in a single layer on a foil-lined large baking sheet. Roast 20–25 min., until tender, stirring halfway through.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together the Caesar dressing and Tabasco. Serve parsnips with dressing.
