Eliminate guests crowding the buffet table with portable chips-and-dip cups made for mingling.
- 2 ½ cups prepared salsa
- 10 small disposable cups
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese
- 2 (9 oz) bags Nature's Promise® Organic Blue Tortilla Chips
- 2 green onions
- Divide the salsa among the cups (about ¼ cup in each). Top with the sour cream, then the cheese.
- Stick the tortilla chips into the mixture. Thinly slice the green onions and sprinkle over chips.
