Your favorite ice cream truck–treat is now in the form of a drinkable shake. Swap in other fruity sherbets for a twist on the original.
- 1 ¼ cups orange sherbet
- ¾ cup vanilla ice cream
- ¾ cup reduced-fat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- In a blender, purée the sherbet, ice cream, milk, and extract until smooth.
- Divide between 2 glasses and serve.
For fun confetti rims, add rainbow sprinkles to a rimmed plate. Spread some whipped topping around rims of glasses, then dip in sprinkles.
