This quick and easy snack features mozzarella cheese for some protein and basil and tomatoes for a pop of fresh flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 (8-inch) flour tortilla
- 2 tbsp sundried tomato pesto
- 1 plum tomato, sliced
- 3 basil leaves
- 1 oz shredded mozzarella
Steps
- Spread the tortilla with the pesto. Top tortilla with the tomato, basil, and mozzarella. Bake in toaster oven until cheese melts, about 5 min. Fold over into semicircle. Cut into wedges.
