Crispy pitas and creamy alfredo sauce come together for super-fast pizzas in this sheet-pan dinner. You can even cut them into smaller wedges to serve as an easy party appetizer.
Ingredients
- 4 pitas
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- ½ cup alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded Italian-blend cheeses
- 1 cup arugula
Steps
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Arrange the pitas on a large foil-lined baking sheet. Bake 3 min., until golden and starting to crisp.
- Meanwhile, quarter the grape tomatoes. Spread the alfredo sauce on pitas, leaving ¼-inch rim. Top with the cheese, then tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Bake 10 min., until edges are golden brown and cheese has melted.
- To serve, top each pizza with the arugula.
