Ingredients
- 1 Nature's Promise® Whole Rotisserie Chicken
- 1 (8.8 oz) pkg precooked Nature's Promise® Basmati Rice
- ½ (12 oz) pkg fresh mixed pepper strips
- ½ cup sweet-and-sour sauce
- Boston or butter lettuce leaves
For Serving (optional):
- Lime wedges
- Sriracha
Steps
- Remove skin and bones from the rotisserie chicken meat and shred. Heat the rice according to package directions.
- In a medium pot, combine chicken, pepper strips, and sweet-and-sour sauce. Heat on medium 5 min., until warm, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Meanwhile, separate the lettuce leaves. To eat, spoon rice into lettuce cup, then top with chicken mixture. Serve with the limes and sriracha, if desired.
