Ingredients
- ⅔ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 medium ripe banana, peeled and cut up
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries, slightly thawed
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Steps
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
