Tangy pepperoncini and melty cheese take these sausages to the next level for your cookout or weeknight dinner.
- 1 (16 oz) pkg Nature's Promise® Fresh Mild Italian Chicken Sausage
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 oz extra-sharp Cheddar cheese , grated
- 4 pickled pepperoncini, drained
- 5 hot dog buns
- Set grill to high heat. Brush the sausages with the oil. Grill sausages for 12–15 min., rotating often, until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, coarsely grate the cheese and finely chop the pepperoncini. Place the buns on grill for 1 min., until toasted.
- Arrange sausages in buns and top with cheese and pepperoncini. Serve immediately.
