Ingredients
- 1 (28 oz) can whole tomatoes
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 ½ cups tzatziki
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp sherry vinegar
Steps
- Add the tomatoes, onion, and tzatziki to a blender or large food processor. Blend until smooth, about 2 min.
- While blender is running, slowly drizzle in the oil and vinegar. Continue blending until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve at room temperature or refrigerate until ready to serve.
