Ingredients
- 1 tbsp light margarine
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 cup fettuccini pasta, cooked
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1 tbsp dill
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp basil
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Steps
- In small pan, saute the margarine and garlic.
- Once garlic and margarine have reached a tender consistency, add the dill, parsley and basil and blend.
- Add cooked shrimp and saute until shrimp is warm.
- Add cooked pasta to saute pan, toss gently but thoroughly and transfer to warm plate.
- Add salt, pepper and parmesan cheese to taste.
