Everyone has time for breakfast when banana splits are on the menu.
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 oz 72% dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- ΒΌ cup granola
Steps
- Peel the banana and cut in half lengthwise. Grate the chocolate. Place banana cut-side up on a plate and spoon Greek yogurt over the banana.
- Sprinkle the granola over the yogurt and garnish with grated chocolate.
